Saturday 27th May:

— Videographer and close friend of the band, Don Letts is credited with introducing the sounds dub and reggae to The Clash and other punk bands at the time.

Four decades on and Letts remains heavily involved in music, his weekly BBC 6 show and DJ set connecting the dots between dub, punk, world and more.

For this exclusive show, he curates a new interpretation of The Clash as performed by The Dub City Soundsystem. Fronted by Jon Read of The Specials, The Dub City Soundsystem is an all-star ensemble of high-calibre musicians coming together for the first time for this performance.
