Find peace within yourself amidst an environment of constant pressure with the art of Mindfulness, Meditation and Expressive Art, as well as learning NLP techniques and processes to help empower you and build the resilience needed to maintain balance in your life.

Rid yourself of that constant chatter in your head; feelings of unrest; sleepless nights; headaches, neck and shoulder tension, nausea and back pain!
— This ‘one-off’ two-hour TASTER workshop combines neuroscience with art and music in a group setting in a relaxed, safe, cosy and warm setting.

* Are you someone who is caught in the downward spiral of working longer hours, getting increasing workloads with less manpower to get it done? Is your brain working against the grain with you spending a huge amount of time rushing from one task to another

*Perhaps you have had to go through a significant life event such as losing a job, moving house or getting divorced?

* don't really know what specifically is causing your feelings of constriction and the constant 'drip, drip, drip' of every day stressors has suddenly caused your 'bucket' to overflow, and you feel overwhelmed and unable to manage in the way that you would like?

If you want to be able to work through your own 'stuff' — release it WITHOUT having to share your personal story and like the idea of being coached in a new way that includes creative expression...then this is for you.

The creative process taps into our subconscious in a way we just can’t do when we are talking. Combined with the other elements of this offering...the experience and results can be quite profound, creating greater resilience, strength, peace and joy.

The first half of the workshop focuses on the theme of a story, discussion on the concept of that and an introduction to mindfulness with an exercise.
A fifteen-minute break at the end of this is then followed by a guided meditation which then leads into expressive art to music.

This taster workshop is an introduction to a programme of six 2-hour sessions designed to help those who are stuck in a place of stress, anxiety and worry, and lacking confidence. A programme to express their emotions and thoughts through creative means, finding freedom within themselves again.
