Join Jimmy Logic & Chiu Dat for a We R Noteworthy weekend special at Paper Dress Vintage Friday the 7th of July!
We have a serious line up of talent for your ears including;
Lydia Kitto is a musician/singer song writer, with her main influences being her Jazz musician Father, and Rock musician Uncle. Lydia is also a huge fan of Jazz hip-hop which she has infused within her music.
Ernest Herb; the man, the myth, the legend. Possibly the only man on the planet to play jungle on a keyboard. Dont let the tweed jacket and leather suitcase fool you, inside lies an mpc. neck snapping hip hops breaks and ray charles esque piano licks. Milton Keynes best kept secret.
Born and raised in Hackney, East London, Awkward established her sound at 16 whilst attending the British Academy of New Music. Her name originated from her stage presence which has been described as 'awkward' yet endearing.
At the age of 23, she has already had a glistening career working as a backing vocalist for artists such as Iggy Azalea and Elli Ingram. She is currently the female vocalist for the Electronic-soul duo, Equals.
Awkward has now stepped into the spotlight and wants her music to speak to people’s hearts rather than their minds. She exhibits an eclectic and future sound, which can be best described as Latin Folk Soul.
Lisa Oribasi, a Swiss Singer-Songwriter with a subtle and soulful R’n’B vibe influenced by stoy-telling Indie-Folk.
Afterwards we'll have the awesome Kwiss Cheese spinning the tunes.
