SUPERB STREET FOOD
Tasty (halal) treats from the best in the business, including Mother Clucker, Saltwood Fish Bar, Grill My Cheese, Curry On, and a massive Dishoom biryani!
Mehndi-wallis (henna artists), face painters and balloon artists will keep all entertained.
ARTS AND CRAFTS
Enjoy an art exhibition from Fouadisms, Arabic calligraphy art gallery, who’ll also capture your name in beautiful hand-drawn Arabic calligraphy.
You’ll be welcomed with Chai, mithai, and Indian soft drinks Thums up and Limca and fragrant parcels of Meetha Paan (a popular Indian digestive).
It will be an absolutely brilliant day and we are so excited to celebrate with you. We invite people of all ages and from all cultures and backgrounds to come and celebrate with us.
**Tickets are £7 (grown-ups) / £4 (kids). Children aged 16 and older will need to buy an adult ticket. For every ticket sold, we will donate £1 to Seeds of Peace, a charity helping teenagers from regions of conflict learn the skills of making peace. Dishoom drinks, paan, mithai and activities will be free of charge, but guests will need cash for the street food stalls. We can only accept card payments (no cash) for the Dishoom Biryani. No alcohol will be served at the event. All food is halal.**
