Hey guys, as most of you know by now I'm running the London Marathon 2016 in aid of Headway East Northants, part of Headway UK.
I'm sure we all know somebody who's had their life affected by brain injury, and this marathon is for them and for other people like them.
To help spread brain injury awareness, and encourage donations, I'm going shave my head to a grade zero on the condition that £500 is raised before 08 February. I'm not that thrilled by the prospect of losing my hair, so please make it worth while and donate what you can.
If you're wondering why shave my head? In the immediate aftermath of a traumatic brain injury, surgery is likely. The hair over the affected part of the head is usually shaved, and I'm hoping that shaving my head will initiate conversations around brain injury and spread awareness.
Please donate what you can however big or small — thank you everyone for your support!
