The project is a joint initiative by Arts Council England and Channel 4 Random Acts, seeing many of the short films broadcast by Channel 4 on television or online as part of Random Acts’ First Acts series.
The project develops talent by offering film education, training, production support and funding to 16-24 year-olds to produce their short film. By 2018, 360 films will have been made and screened to audiences nationwide.
