Are you interested in finding out more about plant-based foods or how to move towards zero waste cooking and eating?
In the lead up to Zero Waste Week (4-8 September) join us for a plant-based social meal where each dish will be made from a combination of surplus items from the food chain plus other sustainable products utilising the whole ingredient from root to shoot.
Guests will be served three courses of plant-based dishes with the menu being unveiled at the event as most of ingredients will be sourced that day.
Short films will be screened between courses.
