Respira Yoga would like to invite you to Yoga in West Harrow Park this August. To reserve your spot please click 'Going' and be sure to share this event with your friends. Your donation of £10 cash on the day will go to Teenage Cancer Trust
Did you know that around seven young people aged between 13 and 24 are diagnosed with cancer every day in the UK. They need expert treatment and support from the moment they hear the word ‘cancer.’ Teenage Cancer Trust is the only charity dedicated to making this happen.
Let’s get together to breathe, energise and evolve, whilst raising money for a great cause. Look forward to seeing you there! Please note that in the event of rain, this event will be called off. Updates will be provided via this Facebook event page ONLY. This is the first of a series of three classes to be held on consecutive Saturdays, so maybe come to all three and really feel the benefits!
For those of you who don't yet know me, I'm Isabelle, the founder of Respira Yoga London. I run 6 group classes a week in the Harrow, Pinner, Hatch End area, and also provide corporate and private yoga services and boutique yoga retreats.
I strongly believe that yoga is for everyone and that the benefits of this ancient practice can be experienced by everybody, of any age or fitness level. I want to share yoga, make it accessible, make it enjoyable and make it an integral part of people's lives as I understand first-hand the power of yoga and how it can bring release, happiness and inner harmony.
