This 4 week course will introduce you to meditation & mindfulness techniques used in the Buddhist tradition, giving you the techniques and experience to continue your own daily meditation practice, as well as some additional techniques i.e. relaxation meditation (yoga nidra) and concious meditation (to resolve issues/answer questions) as well as exploring mantras to help in anxious situations.
The course is limited to 6 attendess and held in a private graden studio. The four weeks cost £40.
