Bridge Road Barbell Club

This is a barbell strength training class for beginners. No experience at all necessary. The class will run Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9am for 1hr. £65 per month gets you access to 3 classes per week plus gym membership access to train additional times if you wish. We will limit the group to 8 people per class so as to ensure everyone gets sufficient individual coaching time.
We will cover the basics of barbell training. How to squat, bench press, Deadlift, overhead press and various other barbell exercises seemed appropriate for beginners.
We advise attending as many classes as possible so as not to miss out on the technique sections.
We will be running three classes currently at the times stated above but may look to add other times if there is sufficient demand. If you are interested in this sort of class but cannot do the times stated then please still contact us to express an interest as we may be able to accommodate the days/times you require.
Please note that no experience at all is required but we are happy for those who have done some lifting before to attend also.
