This evenings masterclass will take us through 5 steps, borrowed from Kundalini Yoga and Somatics, that flow to synchronise mind, movement and breath to enhance your energy, connection and shift your mood.
This first two steps, awaken and align, call attention to your body and form, the third step, vitalise, has intervals of rhythmic movement and breath control and a mental focus.
In step four, balance, your mind often becomes very still and can open you to new emotional choices. The fifth step, connect, will teach you to direct your mind, remember your capabilities for wellness and minimise any perceived inner conflicts.
You will learn how to regulate your heart rhythms as well your nervous and glandular system to affect your perceived state of being. Our mood states are held in our body by unconscious habitual breathing patterns, hyperalert nervous systems and muscular rigidity that crystallise a thought / story or belief.
Learning how to reset the mind, relieve tension accumulation and increase our tolerance and capacity overall is fast becoming our singular most important personal resource to master in our era.
Knowing how to change your moods and trusting in that is exhilarating and gives you a confident foundation in life.
