When The Round draws to a close, stick around and request a song from our wonderful host and resident human jukebox, Grant Carruthers!
– Della Lupa –
Della Lupa is a Brighton-based dark pop act, founded and masterminded by independent singer-songwriter Steph Brown. A unique blend of captivating Kate Bush-esque songwriting and meaningful yet sometimes dark lyrical themes are laced with an element of drama reminiscent of classical music.
Since her debut in 2013 Della Lupa has developed a reputation for excellent live performances that has seen her play some of the UK and Ireland's best underground venues, including Ronnie Scotts, Brighton Dome, The Borderline, Whelan’s and The Belfast Empire, and overseas at New York’s Bowery Electric and Rockwood Music Hall.
– Kev Minney –
A virtuoso acoustic guitar player, Minney uses open tunings to create a unique haunting and melodic sound.
Working closely with Mercury-nominated producer Jag Jago, Kev has created an album which combines his superlative guitar playing and distinctive vocals with a modern electronic sensibility and orchestral serenity.
– Joey Clarkson –
A drifting Canadian heart, caught between the Pacific and Atlantic tides. Joey uses infectious, hooky melodies and evocative lyrics to create songs that seem to hold onto you long after the music has stopped. She is looking forward to the release of her new album with 37 Records in the early summer of 2018, a year she is aspiring to fill with over 313 live performances.
