To respond to the incredible demand from students in the last Wellbeing Survey, King's Wellbeing is thrilled to launch the Healthy Eating Panel series. In this session we will discuss the connection between healthy eating and wellbeing, what King's provides for students and where to find the right information about nutrition.

The panel includes:
— Dr Aryan Tavakkoli, Consultant Physician in Respiratory Medicine & S.A.C. Dip. Vegetarian and Vegan Nutrition
— Joanna Levy, Deputy Head of Counselling: Outreach & Training, Psychodynamic Therapist (MBACP)
— Dr Nicola Guess, Lecturer from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at KCL
— Chris MacCormick, King's Food Executive Chef
— Elisabeth Cresta, Caroline Day and Harriet Smith, Fight the Fads
— Freya Strutt, President of the Nutrition & Dietetics Society at KCL

The panel is very happy to take questions from the audience and interact, there will be freebies and lots of recipe ideas to suit everyone!
This is a lunch time session, please bring your own food and snacks and don't be afraid to munch away! King's Food will be providing sampling trays too, don't miss out!
