Do you get inspired by positive quotes on Facebook about living the life of your dreams but then never take the steps to actually make it happen? Do you feel that you have something special to share with the world but you’re too scared to put yourself out there? Have you read a million self-help books but find that you haven’t actually changed, despite all your best efforts?

With recent developments in Neuroscience regarding neuroplasticity, scientists have revealed that the brain is not fixed as once believed, but is actually changing with everything we think and experience. So why then do we get so stuck in old patterns? Why is it so difficult to make significant change that actually sticks in the long term? And why can’t I stop eating this delicious packet of Oreo’s even though I started a diet this morning?

For many people motivation and inspiration is not enough. Wanting to make change is just the first step in the process, as host Chrissy Bray discovered over a decade ago when she started on a path that would ultimately lead her to combine her learning’s of neuroscience and mindfulness to implement a two-step process that had a profound effect on her brain and thus, her life.

Chrissy is now sharing her experience in a series of talks with the aim to help others unlock their potential and live a more harmonious, joyful and kick-ass life. Chrissy will take guests on a journey that will explain how the two-step process came about, and how you can use it to bypass old patterns and unlock a bigger, bolder, happier state of being.
