Now in 2018 we're happy to announce our first London party of the year and it's back in none other than one of the cities greatest nightspots, KOKO. So come one, come all, to KOKO this Easter Weekend as we celebrate the years gone by with Soul Nation, a night of real old school hits curated and of course musically tailored by Trevor himself; bringing you guys a night of Club classics, Old school, Soul & all things R&B. Let Trevor take you on a musical journey playing 80s, 90s & 00s, as well as the best new music.
This Year Trevor will be joined on stage by none other than Grammy Award Winner and R&B Star Miss Mýa for a special live performance on the night, celebrating 20 years in the industry. Mýa released her self-titled, double platinum, debut album, Mýa, in 1998. Over the years Mýa featured the massively successful singles “It’s All About Me,” “Movin On” and “My First Night With You” “Ghetto Superstar” & “Take Me There" and In 2000, Mýa released her second double platinum album, Fear of Flying, featuring the hits “Case of the Ex”, “Free” and “Best of Me.” In May 2001, Mýa collaborated with Christina Aguilera, Lil’ Kim, P!nk and Missy Elliot on a remake of LaBelle’s “Lady Marmalade”, which is featured in Baz Luhrman’s “Moulin Rouge.” Selling over 5.5 million copies, it became the most successful airplay-only single in history and won the Grammy Award for Best Pop Collaboration and went on to collect numerous awards.
