Join them at The Water Rats in King’s Cross on the 16th April for candid lyricism and well-arranged grooves. Doors open at 7pm, with music beginning from 7:30pm. Free entry. 18+ event.
Amber Tambourine — Amber’s full bodied and powerful music gives an authentic representation of herself, defining her confidence, awareness, empathy and sensitivity. She is an artist who turns her back on sensibilities and out-dated expectations, creating space for her adamant protests to the world’s wrongs.
The live show is where the spirit of Amber comes alive; mind and body, performer and audience, become one fuelled by the music which provokes physical and mental reactions in equal parts. Amber’s sound blends slick Neo Soul keys with heavy dub bass lines and clean Hip Hop beats, occasionally depicting Reggae rhythms whilst steeped in her emotive, soulful vocals and gripping spoken word.
Currently working on her first EP, 'An Energy Unlost,' due to be released at the beginning of the summer, you can follow her journey on Facebook and Instagram @ambertambourinemusic
Ediz Suleyman — Deep lyrical content paired with carefully considered harmony and accompaniment, Ediz Suleyman’s music is influenced by artists such as: Norah Jones, Sting, Randy Newman, Paul Simon and many others.
Being a song writer, one of Ediz’s greatest loves for the work is how music can alter our emotional state so effectively. “Finding the triggers in music that evoke different emotions in the listener is a great interest of mine. There’s something transcendent in music that seems to speak directly to our spirit and when it does, it can be very powerful.”
On this particular night, Ediz presents a short series of original songs sung and played by him and his band, with the help of a couple of special guests!
Shelby — Raised on a diet of Marvin Gaye, Sade, & Roy Ayers, it is no surprise that Shelby would gravitate towards Nu-Soul. Forever refining, Shelby is looking to favourably be compared with the likes of contemporary artists Erykah Badu, Jordan Rakei, & Lauryn Hill.
A baritone, Shelby channels the conviction of his adolescent influences; Beyoncé, & Amy Winehouse, to express his story with the use of rhythm & pitch.
Not only is Shelby arranging & engineering for other emerging artists, but he is currently producing his debut EP ‘Cameron’, which is set to be released in the Fall.

Bloom — Cameron Bloom known as Bloom is an indie pop artist who self-produces his own music as well as working with other artists.
His influences growing up of indie rock music are combined with his newer interests in producing pop music. With a plethora of extremely talented musicians from the London College of Music backing him you better be sure not to miss it.
