Unit 2, Queens Yard, White Post Lane, Hackney Wick, E9 5EN London, United Kingdom
Join us for the launch of Short Shorts, an evening of short films at the Yard Theatre.
Our first event is curated around the theme of Girlhood, and we will be presenting a spread of films — animations and live action — that explore this in its many facets. From an internet portrait of a young sex worker, to a trans man revisiting his time as a schoolgirl, to a teen grappling with intrusive thoughts, the films dive into the kaleidoscope of experiences we can find beneath this banner
The screening will start at 7pm and last approximately 1h 45 minutes, with an interval. Come in, get yourself a drink and enjoy the show.
Tickets: £5, £3 concessions/low wage. Buy here: eventbrite.co.uk/e/short-shorts-girlhood-tickets-43935117118
