June Tales of Adventure:
First up, Michelle Ellison and Tom Hook (@48peakslater) will share their experience of scaling the highest peak in 50 European countries!
What started as a drunken idea 2 years turned into a life endeavour. Hear how they’re within a whisker of completing this monumental task — and how they’ve fitted it in around working full-time.
Next up, Ben Sherlock (@Ben1Sherlock) will give a brief story of his journey into adventure filmmaking: from filming weddings in quaint towns to filming in an active war zone within the space of 3 weeks!
Ben’s journey has taken him across the globe and most recently on an endurance race across Australia in a 1929 Model A Ford, and then he darted across to Iraq to film with explorer Leon McCarron on a wild adventure in Northern Iraq!
Finally, David Love (@_loveadventures ) — an International Expedition Leader and serving British Army Officer — will not only explore his time traveling to some of the most volatile countries on earth (including Mali, Libya, Somalia, South Sudan and Afghanistan);
But also tell us about the time he came face to face with a hungry mountain bear, discovered lost colonial-era monuments and sunk his 4x4 in the river Gambia!
